Being a ‘Best Company’

Earlier this year, we were awarded a Best Companies 2 star accreditation for demonstrating outstanding levels of workplace engagement and also placed no.38 in the Top 75 Best Companies to Work For in the Northwest. This result recognises us as one of the best places to work in the UK, and is an achievement of which we should truly be proud.

Gaining accreditation shows we have an engaged and motivated team but not only that, it shows the strength of our company culture. And this culture is what inspires us to continue to deliver innovative and creative projects and empowers us to keep succeeding. Being a ‘Best Company’ tells us how important it is to develop a culture of listening - asking our team for feedback, understanding what motivates and inspires them and appreciating and recognising their accomplishments - and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to making Uniform a great place to work.

We never forget that to build a great business takes great people, and during a time of change at Uniform, our team continues to accomplish great things. Well done Team Uniform.
